What does "Unlimited Requests" means?
“Unlimited Requests” means you’re not constrained by a specific number of requests per month. All requests are logged in our Client Portal and prioritized. Once a request is fulfilled, our Consultant proceeds to the next one based on priority and remaining time available for the period.
Why is there limited availability?
We aim to ensure our Consultants can dedicate ample attention to your business, delivering strategic value to you. Therefore, we limit the number of clients per subscription type.
What is the Onboarding Session?
The onboarding session provides an overview of our services, introduces our team who will assist you, and includes a tour of our client portal.
This typically lasts up to 30 minutes. Don’t worry; it’s on us and not deducted from your consulting time. We want to make sure we kick-start the right way!
How to switch from 1 package to another?
Anticipating more or fewer hours needed next month?
We understand that flexibility is key. Simply switch packages by informing your Consultant at least 1 business day before the current month ends. It’s that simple! If you are under a longer contract period, then the change will take over at the next renewal schedule.
What if a request involved a lot more hours than my selected package?
If a request requires more hours than what your subscription covers, we’ll inform you upfront. Together, we’ll determine the best approach, potentially working on a fixed budget for specific items in addition to your subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
As straightforward as switching packages. Just inform your Consultant at least 1 business day before your subscription’s monthly anniversary, and that’s it! Keep in mind the limited availability of our subscriptions if you wish to restart later. Feel free to reach out with any further questions!
